Organization Wide Email Protection

For many businesses, email has become both a lifeline and a major vulnerability. What starts as a simple communication tool often turns into one of the biggest security risks in the entire organization. Phishing attempts slip through traditional filters, employees get flooded with suspicious messages, and businesses lose valuable data to threats that should have been stopped before reaching the inbox. As attacks grow more advanced, outdated protections fall behind, leaving businesses exposed without even realizing it.

Then there’s the hidden impact. Staff second-guess emails, productivity slows, and people become hesitant to click anything at all. Threat actors impersonate vendors, partners, and internal staff with increasing accuracy, creating confusion and financial risk. What was meant to streamline communication ends up quietly draining time, trust, and security resources across the company.

The real cost isn’t just in recovering from an attack, it’s in the constant stress, wasted hours, and ongoing exposure that comes from relying on basic email filters. Solving the email security gap starts with smarter protection: at Jenta Tech, we analyze threats inside of the cloud, stops attacks before they reach employees, and create an environment where every message is filtered, verified, and safe.

API-Based Email Protection

API-based protection that integrates directly with Microsoft 365 and provides inbox-level inspection without modifying MX records. The system analyzes inbound, outbound, and internal Outlook messages using header authentication checks, URL analysis, attachment scanning, and behavioral indicators. It monitors mailbox rules, forwarding configurations, and sending patterns to detect anomalies. Threats can be removed post-delivery from all affected users, and administrators receive detailed event logs. Because the integration operates inside Microsoft 365, it covers internal mail flow and configuration changes that traditional gateways do not detect.

Integrates with Google Workspace through secure API access and performs continuous scanning of Gmail inboxes, sent items, and internal traffic. It evaluates metadata, link behavior, attachment signatures, and identity signals to classify email risk. OAuth permissions, mailbox filters, and account activity are monitored for compromise indicators. The system can retract malicious messages after delivery and provides administrators with centralized dashboards and audit logs. This tenant-level visibility supports detection of phishing, BEC attempts, and targeted attacks that bypass Gmail’s native filtering.

Adhere to compliance requirements with full inspections of message content, attachments, user actions, and retention events within Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The platform maintains complete logs, access histories, and tamper-resistant audit trails for regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, FINRA, GDPR, and CCPA. Built-in classifiers detect sensitive information and can trigger alerts, quarantines, encryption, or policy enforcement. Administrators can export reports for audits, legal discovery, and incident review, ensuring consistent governance over email data stored in cloud environments.

AI models built on natural language processing, behavioral analysis, and statistical anomaly detection. Every message is evaluated for linguistic structure, intent, communication patterns, and sender–recipient relationship history. These models reference global threat intelligence and continuously update to detect zero-day phishing, BEC attempts, and identity-based attacks. Instead of relying on signatures or static rules, the system analyzes contextual signals, such as tone, urgency, and deviations from normal communication, enabling detection of threats designed to evade traditional filters.

Account Takeover Protection monitors Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts for unusual activity using signals such as impossible travel, abnormal login patterns, OAuth token changes, mailbox rule creation, and unauthorized forwarding settings. When suspicious behavior is detected, the system can halt outbound messages, isolate compromised accounts, and remove malicious internal emails. Detailed forensic data, including IP activity, login timestamps, and mailbox actions, is provided for investigation. Monitoring occurs inside the tenant, enabling detection of lateral movement and internal phishing that external gateways cannot observe.

DLP engine scans internal and outbound messages through API-based access to detect sensitive data patterns, including financial information, health records, legal documents, and proprietary files. The system uses predefined and customizable dictionaries, pattern matching, and attachment inspection to identify violations. Administrators can enforce actions such as blocking, quarantining, encrypting, or notifying compliance teams. All events are logged for auditing and reporting. Because scanning occurs directly inside cloud mailboxes, it captures user actions in real time and prevents unauthorized data exfiltration across email channels.

Enterprise-wide visibility by scanning every mailbox and evaluating every message across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace through direct API access. Detection engines include AI models, sandboxing, URL rewriting, payload analysis, and behavioral monitoring. Administrators manage policies centrally and receive real-time alerts, dashboards, and automated remediation workflows. Malicious messages can be removed post-delivery across the entire organization, reducing dwell time. The cloud-native architecture supports large-scale deployments, ensuring consistent protection for internal mail, external communication, and historical data.
